*Introduction:- Sports and games are important for both the physical and mental of a person. Our body is like a machine. A machine cannot work without fuel. In the same way, our body cannot work properly if we do not exercise, games and sports. They give us energy.

*Importance:- For studies we should be healthy. A weak and unhealthy person cannot study properly. Good health makes work better. Games and sports make us healthy and fit for work. So we should exercise to fit our body.

*Physical Fitness:- Sports and Games play a major role in keeping a person fit and fine. It increases the blood flow in the entire body. So this helps in keeping the heart in the best condition. The immunity of the body increases by playing outdoor sports. It helps in keeping our body fat percentage low and makes us a good looking person.

*Mental Fitness:- Games like chess, card games increase the mental health of a person. It develops spontaneity and the response time of a person. It also helps in increasing the IQ of a person and its presence of mind.

*Increase Stamina:- Outdoor sports like football, cricket, basketball, swimming, etc build the stamina of a person. All these sports require a lot of running. The stamina of a person can work for a longer period without getting tired.

 *Conclusion:- We must take part in games and sports. It develops self-confidence and discipline in us. It is very important for human life. In short, we can say “No games, No fitness, No health, No pleasure, No life”.
