Importance of Games




Games and sports are very important for the proper growth of the human body. They provide human body physical work. Actually the human body is like a machine. It needs to be kept fit and healthy. Sports and games keep us fit and healthy. Then they teach us discipline, cooperation and team spirit. We learn cooperation, fellow-feeling and mutual affection. So they are necessary for proper growth of personality.
